About the Founders

Established in the summer of 2015 by Grant and Michaela Sharp, Dalilu Communications has been methodically expanding its portfolio of clients through networking close connections and offering service to local businesses. Specializing in both Traditional and Digital Marketing, Grant and Michaela are both extremely excited to be able to offer their services to a broader range of clients.

Michaela is a marketing strategist with national and international experience. Her career started in Europe at Universal McCann where she worked as a TV media buying specialist on many wellknown national brands. As Head of the televison buying department, Michaela left her homeland to move to North America, Winnipeg, Canada where she continues her Media Planning and Marketing Strategy career. Her strenghts are traditional media, online, social media, google adwords and youtube.
 
Michaela enjoys the complexity and constant learning that online marketing requires and is known for being a tough and fair negotiator.

A life long fan of computers, Grant is a web developer and SEO consultant with experience in WordPress, Joomla and WIX. Grant specializes in helping small businesses build new websites, adapt existing websites and online stores to work properly on mobile platforms. With a background in retail sales, direct sales and sales management, Grant has the unique ability to explain technical concepts to clients in a way that is easy to understand.
 
Passionate about staying ahead of the latest trends in Web development, Grant will do whatever it takes to ensure that the client’s goals are met.

Known for her inspiring brainstorming sessions, tireless work ethic and legendary pranks. Zoey always keeps our neighbours alert and us on our toes. Her flawless intuition and penchant for all things consumable is only matched by her desire to yell at everything that moves. This, of course, is especially true when being visited by her uncle, or when unsuspecting people pass in front of the house on an afternoon stroll. Colourful, creative, driven and unique, Zoey is truly the lynchpin that holds our team together!
